On this page there is information that can help you if you are being bullied or if you know that somebody else is being bullied.
If you are being bullied or you have seen somebody else being bullied or you know of a bully then the most important thing you can do is talk to someone that you can trust. It is not okay for people to bully others.
In school you can talk to any of the adults, who will always listen to what you have got to say. You can also put a note in the worry boxes around the school and then an adult will come and talk to you about your worries. You can also speak to the children who are in the School Council or any of the Playleaders, they will help you speak out to an adult about your worries.
Another way to talk to someone is to write a message on the 'Contact Us' box at the bottom of this page. Or you can phone Childline for free on 0800 1111.
