Parental Perception Survey Results

2nd November 2017

Dear Parents/Carers

Thank you to all those parents that completed our parent perception questionnaire at our Parent Evenings in October.  We had 50 completed questionnaires out of a possible 59 which is an excellent response which we really appreciate.

Detailed below are the results from the questions which have given us three clear areas to work on:

  • Information is not always getting through to parents who are not living in the family home, so we will be contacting those parents to confirm email addresses and contact details.
  • Online Safety – I will be completing a children’s online safety perception survey with the children next week, the results of which I will share with you as soon as they are available.  We will also let you know in our weekly update how on line safety is  being delivered to the children so you can talk to them about this at home and are informed as to what they have been taught.
  • Governors – it is clear from the results that many parents are not aware who our school governors are and what their role is within school.  They are currently in the process of preparing an update to rectify this.
